The OIT Helpdesk is available from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. You can call the Helpdesk at extension 5169. You can also contact the Helpdesk through email at the address helpdesk@sunyulster.edu. You may also submit a request or trouble ticket by using one of our online forms below.

General Request - Use this form to submit a general request to the Helpdesk.

Trouble Ticket - Use this form to report a problem to the Helpdesk.

Request Local Administrator Access - Request approval to have Local Administrator Access on your workstation..

Request VPN Access - Request approval for remote access to the college network through VPN.

Request Installation of Software - Request to have a specific software program installed on your workstation.

Employee Network Account Process - Process and FAQs on how employee network accounts are created.

Non-Employee Network Account Request - Request a network account for an individual who is not an employee of SUNY Ulster.

Student Aid Network Account Request - Use this form to request a new network account for student aids.
