Special Events such as the Volunteer and Community Showcase at the Hudson Valley Mall are held semi-annually. Come join us and talk to other volunteers!

RSVP Orientation Presentations are held monthly. Call the office to check for an upcoming date.

Enrollment Form
There are two identical enrollment forms available. One which can be printed out and mailed in, and one which can be downloaded to your word processor to fill out and send by email. The downloadable version is in Rich Text Format. This can be used in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Word Pad (comes with Windows), and many other popular word processing programs.
